Freelance Media Coordinator

ABOUT THE ROLE

We seek a media coordinator to help us with placing, confirming and monitoring our media schedules across all platforms – digital, print, out-of-home, television and/or radio.  Specific responsibilities include reserving ad space with various vendors, managing material deadlines and trafficking ad materials, gathering proof-of-performance details, setting up vendor meetings and managing media billing.  The person in this role will have a strong attention to detail and be able to foster good relationships with all media reps.

REQUIRED SKILLS

1-2 years of agency experience in the media planning/buying field
Experience across traditional media channels, with digital media expertise strongly desired
Strong written and presentation skills
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Self-motivated, proactive and highly organized
Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
Bachelor’s Degree
